Acceptance of the Regulations
The reservation of the accommodations at Agriturismo Davide Bevione implies the acceptance of these regulations. The guest is personally responsible for this, even for the people accompanying him.

Rates
Prices are expressed in Euros and are per apartment and for the requested period.
The price expressed on the Agriturismo Davide Bevione website includes accommodation, consumption (electricity, water, and heating), final cleaning and bed and bath linen with weekly change. The price does NOT include any other service requested by the guest which must be paid locally and any damage. We reserve the right to change the published prices of our accommodations at any time and without notice. However, the price agreed and confirmed at the time of booking will not be changed.
When booking, the guest is requested to check the cancellation policy that applies to the booking.
Reservation & Deposit
It is possible to make an online reservation using the booking system on our website https://agriturismobevione.it/

To confirm the reservation, personal data, a telephone number, an e-mail address, the holiday period, the number of people, the details of a valid credit card must be provided, which will be held to guarantee the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy. Agriturismo Davide Bevione reserves the right to pre-authorize.

The balance will be paid upon arrival. Alternatively, a 20% deposit can be made by bank transfer or stripe and the balance, in this case, must be received 30 days before arrival. N.B. In the case of a bank transfer, the guest has 24 hours to make the payment of the deposit, while the balance must be credited to us already the thirtieth day before arrival. (Ex. Arriving June 15th, the transfer must be available in our account on May 15th). In the case of a non-refundable rate, the full amount must be paid in advance by credit card. If the above times are not respected, the reservation will be automatically canceled, and the accommodation will be made available for new requests.

Cancellation penalty
Cancellations may result in penalties; at the time of booking the cancellation terms will be displayed in addition to the rate.
In case of non-refundable rate, no amount will be refunded
In the event of early departure, the entire agreed booking amount will still be retained.
The reservation must be changed or canceled in writing, if within the deadline, by sending an e-mail to [email protected] and must be confirmed in writing by the managers.

Unavailability of the accommodation occurred
Should force majeure prevent the booked accommodation from being made available to customers, Agriturismo Davide Bevione reserves the right to be able to assign another accommodation with similar or higher characteristics at the same price, or in extreme cases to cancel the reservation, reimbursing the the tourist the amount paid without the latter being able to make further claims for compensation for any reason. It should be noted that outside of what you have paid, nothing else will be refunded or reimbursed. Therefore, no claims will be considered.

Rules on housing management
Each guest will have bed linen and towels with weekly change. Any extra linen changes requested by guests have an additional cost to be paid locally. Linen means sheets and a set of towels (personal, face and shower) per person.

The manager undertakes to clean the apartment at each change of guests.
The housing units are equipped with private bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet, beds, pillows and blankets, wardrobe, hangers, drawers, bedside tables or shelves, central lighting, bedside lamps or appliques.
- The apartments also have a table for the consumption of meals with chairs, armchairs or sofas in the living room with seats equal to the number of people accommodated, broom, shovel, bucket, mop for floors (all this must be related to the number of beds) . The kitchens, where present, are fully equipped and complete with all the supplies for the maximum number of guests in the apartment.
- The rooms do not have a kitchen and living room for the consumption of meals.
The bathrooms, in addition to linen, are equipped with waste bin, mirror, and adjacent socket for electricity, shelf, brush, and bathmat.

Arrival - Balance - Security Deposit
At least 24 hours before arrival, given the absence of a reception service, the guest is required to notify the manager of the exact time of arrival, in order to receive an adequate welcome. On the day of arrival, the accommodation can be taken over from 15:00 to 19:00.
Upon arrival, guests must show a valid identity document. If valid documents are not presented, the reservation will be canceled, and the entire amount paid will be retained.
Once you will be given the keys, you will be shown the accommodation. In the event of damage and / or shortages, compensation will be requested for the replenishment of the accommodation supplies.
We accept the following payment methods:

Departure - Return of the property
On the day of departure, the guest is required to leave the accommodation by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed, to allow for cleaning. The accommodation must be left free of garbage, which can be deposited in the appropriate containers. Any damage caused must be compensated.

Animals
Pets are not accepted.

Rules during your stay
- Check the efficiency of the accommodation and notify us of any anomalies or deficiencies no later than 24 hours after your arrival, do not wait for the day of departure to inform us.
- It is strictly forbidden to copy the keys: the violation of domicile, in the absence of authorization, constitutes a serious criminal offense punishable by law. In the event of loss of the keys, a refund of € 50.00 will be provided for the damage caused.
- It is forbidden to stay in the accommodation in a number of people higher than that communicated at the time of booking. It is forbidden to let strangers in without having previously communicated it to the manager and having received express consent.
- All accommodations are delivered clean and in working order. The guest will have to arrange the daily cleaning of the apartment and will be responsible for its integrity, so it is forbidden to move the furniture from their position. Upon return of the property, the customer will be obliged to leave the accommodation in acceptable conditions, in particular the cleaning of the kitchenette and the dishes, which must be returned clean and tidy, under penalty of an additional € charge. 30.00. Guests are also required to empty the refrigerator and dustbin.
- Guests are required to observe the common rules relating to quiet especially in the afternoon and night, avoiding annoying noises and cackles. Silence must be respected between 22.00 and 8.00 and between 13.00 and 17.00. Parents are asked to constantly watch over their children so that they do not disturb.
- Guests undertake to take the utmost care of the property entrusted to them. The dishes and other equipment of the house (chairs, blankets, etc.) must not be used or transported outside the accommodation. All non-compliance will result in charges assessed from time to time by the person in charge himself. Guests will be held responsible and will have to pay compensation for any damage, breakage or loss of property caused during your stay at the accommodation. The items that are replaced must be of the same quality as the originals.
- It is absolutely forbidden to take the linen out of the accommodation.
- The guest expressly exempts the manager from any liability for direct or indirect damage that may result from innocent interruptions of essential services such as, for example, electricity and water.
- Inside the apartment, information and tourist brochures are made available to guests. For any additional information, guests can ask at the reception of the Davide Bevione Agriturismo
- We decline all responsibility for the loss, theft or damage to objects owned by guests left in the rooms or for any accidents, theft, damage to persons or property only because they occurred inside the property.
